Monthly plans have no commitment — cancel anytime. Annual plans are a one-year commitment, paid upfront or in 2 or 3 installments. The first year is 10% off Minimum, 15% off Scale and 30% off Autopilot. From the second year on, the annual plan is billed at full price, twelve times the monthly price. Cancelling an annual plan stops its renewal: it stays active until the end of the year, installments still due for the year are collected, and nothing is refunded after the 30-day money-back guarantee.
